PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We took two road trips around Texas and completed 80+ hours of filming (all while trying not to eat at every BBQ spot along the way) to go behind the scenes of the Texas beef industry. While filming an educational, reality style series for chefs and dietitians to become more familiar with the industry, the Texas Beef Council brought our cameras and crew from Dallas, to the Houston area, and then all the way back up north to Lubbock.
Each location welcomed our on-camera talent - Amanda (the series host), Stacey (the dietitian), and Michael (the chef) - with a Texas style greeting. Not knowing the ins and outs of the process, Stacey and Michael asked the questions that everyone wants to know and busted myths along the way.
This year and half project with The Texas Beef Council has now come to an end with the exciting launch of The Raw Truth About Beef.
